A Physician's Approach
How does a physician approach the business problems that physicians face? We take a clinical approach: We take an extensive history, Review of Systems and Vital Signs (Discovery Phase), we then order diagnostic tests as we formulate a differential diagnosis (Development). Based on the diagnosis, we then provide a treatment plan (Implementation Phase). Finally, we schedule a follow-up visit or an Annual Wellness Visit (Optimization Phase).
